A Waiting Place is the multiplayer hub for finding lobbies with other people to play a new run of The True Backrooms: Renovated with.

Lobbies

This place features eight distinct lobbies to help players queue together into a new multiplayer run. Sitting down on a sofa or chair will enter you into that lobby's party. A countdown will start, and once it reaches zero, all players entered into the lobby will be teleported to Endless Office, starting a new run.

There are three different sizes of lobbies:

2 Players

The smallest size of the lobbies are for two players. These are located on the left side of the room. There are two of these two-player lobby tables.

4 Players

The next size of the lobbies are for four players. It is located by the back wall near the middle, to the left of the "Waiting Place" sign. There is only one table of this lobby size.

6 Players

The largest size of the lobbies are for six players. These occupy the entirety of the right side of the room, with one more near the front of the room to the left. There are five of these six-player lobby tables.

Donations

In the left hallway, a leaderboard for The True Backrooms: Renovated's top donators can be found. It displays the top 20 places, with first, second, and third place in a special gold, silver, and bronze color, respectively.

Clicking on the green <DONATE> text in the top right corner will bring up six options to donate. You may donate:

• <10R$>
• <50R$>
• <100R$>
• <250R$>
• <500R$>
• <1000R$>

The top donators leaderboard is updated every 30 seconds.

UGC

In the right hallway, a mannequin of Kord_K's avatar can be found wearing the True Backrooms - Tear In Reality back accessory UGC item. Interacting with the NPC will pop-up a purchase prompt to buy the item for 140 Robux.

Decoration

A Waiting Place, Eternal Lounge, and A Cosy, Warm Place all share the same style of construction: hexagonal orange and sienna-red carpets with tan walls and wooden framing. All except for A Cosy, Warm Place feature paintings hung upon the walls, which display familiar places, like Disquiet, and even some of the Classic stages, like PUNISHMENT_STAGE - BRIDGE and Stage 2.

Join the game. From the title screen, click "PLAY". Then, click "MULTIPLAYER LOBBY".

Exits

Endless Office

Sit in any of the lobbies. Wait for the countdown to reach 0. You will be teleported to Endless Office automatically.

Trivia

• A Waiting Place and A Cosy, Warm Place are the only places within The True Backrooms: Renovated where the player wears their own avatar and isn't forced into first person mode.
