Shadows[]
The shadowman appeared in the old Stage 1 and Stage 2. It would pathfind around objects to get to the nearest player. The only way to get away from it was to enter the spawn area, or get the monster to target another player. When touched, it would not jumpscare the player but instead deal a chunk of damage. Sprinting away could delay your death. There was 2 in Stage 1, and there were also 2 in Stage 2.
There are apparently numerous shadowmen, as hinted by Kord_K.
Eyeballs[]
The eyeballs were found in PUNISHMENT_STAGE - FEVER, and would pathfind randomly. They would heavily damages you apon touching them, and they also constantly played a static noise to indicate how close they were. Hiding in a locker could get you away from them.
